Nice people to work with. Vacation time adds up quickly. Overtime anytime you want it.

Too much fluctuation in the hours, especially starting times each day. Very low pay, barely above minimum wage. Never get pay raises, not even cost of living. Too much "under the table" work. No communication with the employees, except lying to them. No set disciplinary plan, no one is held accountable for their mistakes, so they do what they want to do.
