Vantaggi
There are very little pros as of now
Svantaggi
I came to this company seeking less stress and took a $20K/year pay cut to get it. Then when I got here, I found out that they combined the office manager, bookkeeper, purchasing agent, human resources, contract manager, project manager and administrative assistant jobs into one job because the finances were so bad that everyone was jumping ship. If you are not an engineer, you don't matter here. You will get too much work and frustration. I was lied to and told I wouldn't have to do basic administrative tasks or purchasing, but that is taking up 90% of my time. Keeping the books doesn't matter because there is no money. They are taking payments for the 401K out of paychecks and not depositing it into the accounts. That is if you get a paycheck at all. I see the books and know I will not be getting a paycheck on Friday. Management is 6 weeks behind on pay and everyone else is four weeks. I had to fight for my last paycheck. When I told the owner the state of the finances he basically said I needed to work harder. I am not in sales. Now I am doing collection calls as well because the sales reps aren't doing them. He fires sales reps at the drop of a dime and then wonders why no money is coming in.
