Company work is truly interesting. It provides any individual to grow and get the best out of themselves. Best place for start up engineers to learn from most talented and professional engineers.

Company is growing and expects diversified tasks from engineers. That shows company's trust in engineer's abilities. If you are not capable enough than it is not a place for you.

The commissioning division does an good job and the Dallas office seems to have a cohesive and productive team.

The owner operates out of the Omaha office and while at some places this might be very helpful, what it does for this company is create a hostile work environment.
