Every 2 to 3 months when company is not meeting is financial targets they will be looking for heads to cut and most of these people were let go overnight no matter how long they been with the company. Cost cutting is always in top management mind, however they will send expats from Swissitzerland here at the same time the cost costing is happening. Some of these expats are here to "oversee" whats the locals are doing without much to do but with super high pay and they will relocate its whole family here. Cost cutting at the bottom level but top level are travelling without any business reasons just to attend meetings.
