Lots of excitement about the business and where its heading. Everyone is really nice and collaboration between different people and teams is quite good. Good culture and teamwork. Cool products and brand.

It is still kind of a startup, and theres not always a great process for everything. Sometimes you spend more time than you should trying to figure out who is doing what. But basically everyone is super helpful about it.

Lots of talented people, nice office environment.

Poor leadership, lack of clear vision. Executive leadership expectation vs reality misaligned. Resources (people) not well allocated across strategic focuses; wanted to make team function in shared service capacity without setting clear responsibilities.
