Best Buy is one of the highest paying jobs in retail for those willing to give it their all. It will provide a thorough foundation for any future in sales or business. Employees learn a tremendous amount of sales techniques, product knowledge, and business acumen.

Some bonus structures are not based directly on controllables that reflect job performance. Company has improved focus on work/life balance, but still has work to do. Overall workload is unrealistic, at times.
