Vantaggi
They try to make it fun, generally a good working environment, co-workers get along especially within in departments (which can be rather clicky)
Svantaggi
1. The pay. 2. The new systems they have to request off/view schedule. 3. Another thing about scheduling, horrible hours--meaning they don't give seniority to those who have been they're longer, they have you come in for 4 hours only (with gas prices, it makes no sense, sometimes you cut even). 4. If you go to college full-time, they will push you to work more hours stating some bogus labor law. 5. The meetings on Sundays are retarteddd, we play little kindergarten games which achieve nothing, and I never learned a thing. It's a waste of my time, especially to come in at 7 am for a meeting on a day I have off...or to have to go back home then come back in to work at 1 pm. You get paid, but it's also mandatory, and if you don't go--you get written up, regardless if you're sick or not. 6. They push you to overcharge the client, mostly how employees become managers, and I've heard of people losing their jobs because not overcharging.
