Best Buy also encourages all their employees to branch out into other departments of the store they're interested in.

The constant pressure on operations specialists (cashiers & customer service reps) to sell product replacement and service plans, and get customers to sign up for the Best Buy credit card and Reward Zone card. All aren't bad ideas, but the constant emphasis on convincing customers to get those things.
