Middle and lower management are a bunch of kids who have no idea what they're doing. Do not lead by example whatsoever. Shove sales numbers down your throat constantly - all day long. It's all management cares about. You're made to feel guilty if you're not selling what they require you to sell. Meanwhile, we are supposed to focus on telling customers there is no pressure to buy as we're not on commission...pfffttt. I feel that it's a super scammy place to work. Way over worked for next to no compensation.

All of the leadership besides the GM were unprofessional. They couldn’t help it but most were incompetent.

The people I worked with were nice, cordial, and looked out for the new hires. The employee discount is awesome :). I was able to build trust with the employees there and receive it.

This was only a seasonal position, however, they push selling their membership products and the services that come with that. This is a big part of continued employment.
