The greatest perk of working at best buy is that you will be recognized if you do your job well. Many people work hard but receive little recognition for it in other companies. Best buy will assess you DAILY on how well you are doing.

BE WARNED: don't work here if you know for a fact that you don't work hard. Management told me that "the way you get hours here is to be productive". There is a lot of pressure on you to perform well.
