Best Buy used to care about its employees and customers by having classes and seminars for employees to learn to be better, but through the change in CEOs and failure to hold management responsible for their actions and inaction this company has tumbled down the mountain faster than people could race down a mountain for cheese.

Management acts as though they are saving the planet. Meanwhile management steals from the company both in product and in time clock stealing. Management is disrespectful and only concerned with hiring attractive females and making fun of ones they consider ugly. Male managers who would go into female leadership meetings and make sexist comments. Company does not care about employee experience anymore.
