BD malaysia FM is worst to work with, toxic and always micromanage, argueing with people from other department and make sure the team does the same and not befriend people she doesn't like. Her mood for the day determines the team's mood and team need to walk on eggshells when she is moody. Scold people always and even slam the table. Never apologise when she wronged people but demand so for the slightest honest mistake.
