Thank you for your honest feedback; as a continuous learning organization, understanding our team members’ experiences is incredibly important. While team members who work as part of our Trellis, or corporate, may experience a different kind of flexibility, we work with every team member, concierge and corporate, to attain a level of life integration that will set them up for success. We appreciate your statement that BEST does have a great work environment; we think so too. Upwards internal mobility is a key metric we measure to ensure we partner with our teams to work towards their career goals. In fact, many corporate team members began their career at BEST as a concierge! One of our main priorities is serving and supporting our team well.
