Remote working - not needing to travel.

During my good few years at this company, I experienced repeated retrenchments and consistently high staff turnover, both of which had a negative impact on morale. Workloads and expectations were often pushed to a level I felt was unrealistic, with limited employee benefits to balance the demands. When I was retrenched, the process struck me as impersonal and lacking in respect. From my perspective, the company’s approach to staff created a culture where employees seemed disposable and had always left me with the thought of when I would be next.

None, just that it’s remote.

The CEO and COO, do not care about their employees wellbeing. They would rather retrench good, hardworking people just for the sake of not having to offer a permanent position. My mental health got so bad with this company and I lost almost all confidence in myself as a dietitian. They expect you deal with over 200 clients daily and if you don’t your heads on the chopping block.
