I've worked for other SMB's and BlueWare by far has the friendliest management and staff. They genuinely care about their employees and treat them the way they should be treated. Other companies should take note! Success of a company to me is based upon how that company treat's it's people. And BlueWare treats it's people the way they should be... like people, not numbers or slaves.

I too read the negative news about the company and it's CEO and was skeptical. After my interview, the skepticism was put to rest. I strongly believe that what is being reported is wrong. It's unfortunate how the media goes to guilty until proven innocent. If you knew the CEO, you would agree. She is very kind, positive and has a love for life. My instinct so far has never been wrong. I look forward to making a positive impact in this company. It deserves to be successful!

I feel very fortunate to be a part of this amazing team, with a leader that never gives up. When I applied for the Digital Marketing position, I wasn't even sure if I could accept a full time job because of my family situation. I had been working out of my home for 2 years. During my interview, I learned that they offer flex time and I could split my hours between in-office and at-home. That's amazing! The pay is great for Florida and they offer health insurance, holiday and sick pay. Everyone in the office is friendly, helpful, and cares about doing a good job. What else can you ask for? There are many opportunities to grow with this company. The leadership offers continuing education for everyone and is willing to listen to your ideas. I feel blessed with the opportunities I have been given to build my digital marketing and project management skills. Our team often engages in meetings and conversations that help me advance my knowledge in subjects that help me grow personally and professionally. I have only positive things to say about this company, the leadership, and the staff.

While researching BlueWare, I ran across some bad reviews online. That concerned me a little bit, but I decided to find out for myself and make my own decision. I'm glad I did. This is the perfect job for me.
