      They are definitely very open to new ideas and challenging the status quo. The work environment was lax and they tried to make being in the office enjoyable. Up until the new CEO came on board, work from home was very flexible but now there is an unspoken rule that you need to be in the office because that’s what he likes.

      A majority of the leadership team lack experience - decisions they make oftentimes leave me scratching my head. Zero transparency and communication with employees - a large RIF took place with no forewarning and the way it was handled left a lot to be desired. For a company who touts how much they value their employees it’s almost laughable. Stay away if you can!

      Great team. Great product that is making a big difference in so many people’s lives and in the diabetes industry. Coverage is growing and it’s an easier sell as pharmacy coverage expands. Option to work remote is appreciated. Senior management is transparent and open with company goals and standings. Compensation is very competitive, especially combined with stock opportunities.

      Not a great work life balance. East coast/central reps tend to work longer hours than west coast reps, which is typical for companies that are spread out and have headquarters on the west coast. Would be nice to encourage better work life balance for the team. “Unlimited PTO” with a larger team results in reps competing for days off or not using as much PTO as they would if they had a set limit.
