Horrendous - Recensione dipendente - ASM (Area Sales Manager) presso Betfred

Disrespectful customers. Full of staff with addictions. Staff taking drugs and alcohol in shops. Area team ignore it due to longterm employees and short staffed. No sick pay. Wages are awful. Zero overtime. Company benefits are terrible. No progression for good workers only yes men. Everyone is two faced. Gossiping is terrible and area team also participate. Bullying goes on and is ignored. I would suggest you avoid this company like the plague you will gain only one thing from this company and that is mental health problems and depression.
