The world's best scam company Betopi@ Group, formerly known as Bdca11ing. Which has 15-17 concerns. Some of them are betopi@ limited, $parktech, S0ftv3nce, $M Technology, B@ckventure, Jo!n Venture A!. These companies are basically freelancing companies which are dependent on sites like Fiveer, Upwork. Their work style and internal environment are not what you have experienced in real life: Skill Development or Skill Destruction?: If you work in this so-called “freelancing company”, skill development is far from being achieved, and there is a possibility of forgetting what you can do. The quality of the project is often worse than a small university project—there is no quality maintenance system. Because they will not give you time, they will give you targets. They have no idea about SDLC, STLC, Agile Methodologies. Because this company is not for anyone with a CSE background! Forced Positive Reviews: One day, a direct instruction was given in the official group: Submit screenshots with 5★ reviews on Google Maps and Facebook Page 😆. There is no option to add images here so I can't share this as proof. Strange mentality towards criticism: In the orientation session, their authority directly says, "No one talks about the crazy people in the village, they talk about the best, so you will see a lot of criticism about us outside."Again they claim to be “Asia’s best AI firm” 😆 . Where the total employees of the best companies in the country’s software industry are 600-800, and here the stories of 300 hires are told every month. It means that they are the best software company in the country and they have the largest number of employees. If it is not the best company, then so many people do not work here and this is how they will brainwash you. They do not know the difference between quality and quantity! The truth is that the more employees, the more Fiverr accounts, and the more earnings they have. This is their business policy. Neglect of project quality manipulation is done with clients too. Here everyone is given a target. A project worth 10 thousand dollars has to be completed within such and such days. How to do it is up to you. If you cannot complete the target, direct fire. Hiring = Marketing Policy! Then the drama about designation. The campaign to hire 1000 people with the “Flagship Recruitment Program (BTRP)”—but in reality, it felt like marketing. They call this a "B2B project" 😆. Job security and salary issues: There is experience of being fired without notice if it goes beyond one's interests. Lunch drama: A packet of biscuits worth 10 taka will be given in the name of Full Subsidized Lunch! 😆😆😆 The company may or may not have lunch facilities, this is their personal matter and no one has a problem with this. But the problem arises when you are lied to. At the orientation, someone asked if lunch was subsidized or if we had to arrange our own lunch. They(There HR member Mr Atikul) said that lunch was fully subsidized. Later, it turned out that in the name of lunch, they would give you a packet of biscuits worth 20 taka daily! I don't know why they would do such a drama. They could have just told us that everyone would have to arrange their own lunch. Moreover, there is no parking facility. If you want to do this facility, then it will cost them money, right? That means you will not get any facility from this company in any way. Excuses for leave and many government holidays will not be given: Even if you take your casual and sick leaves, you will face various problems, you will have to do various accountability and there is a threat of firing, you will not get your statutory leave. These leaves are not just in name. Because they are freelancing companies, the faster the delivery, the faster they will download new projects from Fiverr. They will not give many government holidays and even you will not get many government holidays including Shab-e-Barat, Shab-e-Qadr, Christmas!
