      The staff team is always willing to help, projects are great, you have all the advantages of being a contractor, a lot of flexibility, a competitive salary, and the opportunity of learning new technologies with each new client. The company also gives some bonuses and paid vacations.

      If I have to find something negative is the part that is normal in the contracting working methodology, when the contract ends you will be spending some time finding a new contract.

      Remote work, the few people that are inside the company are friendly.

      Work comes and goes, some months you have various clients asking for work that needs to be done by tomorrow and other months there's almost no work at all. It's not stable and some clients are not easy to work with, you spend too much time reading emails.

      The company has grown a lot since 2015. We went from having 2 people in operations to now having a solid team of 6, ensuring the candidate journey is positive and unmatched. We have taken a lot of the feedback we've received to help work out some of the kinks we faced in the past. As such, we are now experiencing exponential growth and excited to continue working alongside the top engineering talent in Latin America and beyond.
