Here's the story of BetterUp. It used to be a soaring success story, growing steadily for four strong years under leaders who were practically doubling its size annually. The atmosphere was electric, and the leadership was revered. Then, last year, Alexi's insecurities threw everything off course and he lost respect from the team.
