1. Work is too hectic and you're expected to work even on weekends.
2. They say that you'll be given stocks to make up for the loss of compensation during covid times, but no one has ever received those stocks, and even on asking multiple times about it, the. management blatantly just ignores or gives some false reason to subdue the matter.
3. The team leads don't want to take responsibility in case you are stuck on any issue or if there's any blocker. Instead, the mentality is like if you're allotted something you get it done in that time frame even if that blocker is costing you your full night's sleep and they don't believe in growth for all policy, everyone is focused on how to levy their work on the other person, especially with the team leads.
3. They call themselves an AI-driven company, but there's nothing such as implemented in real life. There's. nothing such as a machine learning system or AI system implemented.
4. There's a 2. month notice period and god forbid, If you're on notice period you are expected to work with the same efficiency till the last date. Now I don't understand who in the right mind allots work which is about to go to production to a person who is about to leave in the company's last 15-20 days.
5.They don't have a separate team to handle your finances. Even if you provide your declarations, for House rent, 80C and all, they are just ignored and your taxes are still cut and they don't even bother to update this on your payslips even if you call/email the only person who handles the finance for the entire company.
6. Sr Management of the company has a whimsical sense of humor. Volatile decision-making, which changes every week based on their judgment. Can make or break your career within a day.
7. They micromanage every moment of your life even till the last date that you leave and you are expected to reply back as to why and what you were doing in that time frame and then they also expect you to be productive in every way possible.
