So, I am pleased to share that we have a highly skilled, experienced leadership team dedicated to employee and client engagement. Our business is all about people and we have a talented and professional team in place.       WFH, flexibility with schedule/PTO, benefits are decent.

      Pay is below average and is not worth it despite the nice benefits offered. Toxic leadership, they talk about change and claim they are transparent but will lay you off with no notice. There is no opportunity to grow within your career.

      Thank you for sharing your experience at the company. As the owner and CEO, I care about the experiences our team members have, and I'm glad to have the chance to respond. One of the biggest challenges of the last few years has been finding the right balance of transparency, especially as we've adapted to a changing market and made the very difficult decision to scale back or discontinue certain services.
