Great people, new facilities, and clean break rooms. The warehouse has two sides. One for Bevchain where they pick cases of beverages, and another side with full pallet picks only.

High KPIs are a major downside. Forklift drivers beware, if you drop something be prepared to be sent to the Coles side to pick slabs while you wait up to 2 weeks for the investigation to finish.

They pay really well compared to other transport companies and there are plenty of hours to go around and overtime available. Majority of the trucks are well maintained and are relatively new. You also have the ability to re-structure your run and plan your day the way you would like to do it.

The culture and management at this particular depot south of Brisbane was disgraceful and as a result, the turnover was very high. You are simply a number in the business and management generally don’t want to know you. Nobody ever gets feedback, be it positive or negative. In fact, you never see management because they aren’t there when you arrive in the morning and by the time you get back to depot they are already gone. On the odd occasion you do see them in the morning, they flat out ignore you and pretend you’re not there which is not great for your mental health.
