The corporate side is clueless as to how to maintain a happy and productive sales force. The premise of the business feels like it is constantly shifting, with in store sales and online sales shifting in priority throughout the year. Employees are considered to be expendable, leading to lack of product knowledge, lack of training and poor following of daily procedures. Even store managers seem to be expendable, though they are not replaced quickly enough leading to some locations having absolutely zero oversight. Most other employees I dealt with saw the company as a hinderance to its own growth. Last but not least, many stores feel like unsafe environments, with theft extremely high, lack of security and a felt lack of care of those that work in store.
