Beyond Behavior is not a good company to work for. When I started the clinic manager was illegally seeing clients without being certified to do so. It took more than 3 employees (and months later) to let upper management know before she was let go. This company also sees clients without them being authorized for the services, which is insurance fraud and very illegal. The training as a new RBT is not structured and you will be thrown in without having any idea what to do with individual clients. BCBAs are almost never in the clinic, meaning you will have no support from them while with clients. The lead RBTs are not supportive or helpful. They will gossip about you all of the time no matter what. Want to take a full lunch break? Well that's too bad because you won't even get 30 minutes for lunch if you work here. Most of the time you will get (maybe) 15-20 minutes. The client's schedule is also not structured and nobody ever knows what is going on, leaving the whole day chaotic. This company has pushed out for than 5 employees when they bring up any sort of concerns about what is going on. You will start between $19-21/hour but once you are full time, the pay drops to under $16.50/hour with the salary that is given. I would NOT recommend working here. There are so many other ABA therapy clinics that are MUCH better than this one.
