better than any other place tutoring center I have seen. The manager was top-notch, very good at what he did. The staff were all very nice, and as many hours as you could want.

none to speak of, great place to work

Late payment (never on time) and had to ask multiple times, last minute cancellation so no pay, to deal with unreasonable parents and lazy students
