I enjoyed collaborating with cross-functional teams and appreciated the chance to contribute to innovative work. The people I worked with were supportive, skilled, and passionate about what they do. I also gained valuable experience and grew professionally during my time here.

The culture shifted significantly following management changes. There was an increased emphasis on oversight, administrative tracking, and process, which reduced autonomy and trust. As a designer, I found myself spending more time documenting work than focusing on design and creative problem-solving. Unlimited PTO policies felt restrictive in practice, making it difficult to fully disconnect and recharge. Workload distribution at times appeared inconsistent, which could impact morale and growth opportunities. These factors contributed to burnout and ultimately influenced my decision to leave.
