- Unfocused leadership who confuse latest buzzwords with a coherent strategy. A lot of bluster around goals, but not a lot of attention to how to achieve them. - Bro culture. If you're a white dude, you'll do well! - People are routinely promoted into positions they're not prepared for, so have senior titles but only capable of doing junior work. Teams suffer from lack of leadership, results in poor quality of work. - There's a lot of infighting between studios, leading to non-existent global brand and marketing strategy and poor coordination of work and resources across offices. Each office has its own completely separate culture, branding, marketing, and way of working. It's really 4 separate companies operating under the same banner. - So disorganized. From IT security to HR to inter-office communications to business strategy to marketing, it is a complete mess, largely because of infighting, leaders more focused on their own achievements and goals than the company's, and under qualified people placed in senior roles because they're buddies with the right people.
