None, in my opinion, although the salaries might be competitive.

My experience working at this clinic as a Brand Strategist was challenging and ultimately disappointing. Leadership frequently relied on micromanagement and communication often felt confrontational, which created a stressful and uncomfortable work environment. Staff turnover was high, and morale was generally low. A significant portion of my role focused on managing the clinic’s online reputation and addressing negative patient feedback rather than improving underlying service issues. I observed practices that prioritized generating positive reviews and countering negative ones, which did not always align with transparent marketing standards. Overall, the workplace culture felt unprofessional and emotionally draining. I would encourage leadership improvements and clearer, more respectful management practices. I would not recommend this workplace to others seeking a supportive environment.

Staff are great people who want to help and do things ethically correct

Owner/Clinical Director claims to be a doctor but she only holds a CPC license. She bullies staff and patients. She double bills insurance. She bills patients insurance instead of using their EAP’s.
