I have seen people with little to no experience in sales or finance come in, find a home here, and build a solid living while helping hundreds, if not thousands, of families take control of their financial future. It’s definitely a performance-driven environment, so it can be challenging at times, but that’s also what makes it exciting. If you’re motivated and open to feedback, you can do really well here. Overall, it’s been a great place for both personal and professional growth, and I’d recommend it to anyone serious about building a career in sales or finance.
