I’ve been with the organization for about a year now, and I’m currently working as an Associate Manager. One of the things I’ve really appreciated is the early exposure to leadership responsibilities it’s helped me grow quickly in my career. I’ve had the freedom to take ownership of projects, and the mentorship from senior leaders has been both approachable and encouraging. The work culture is results-driven but also flexible, which makes it a great environment to learn and thrive. I'm genuinely happy to be part of this organization, and it's reassuring to know that things like timely salary payments and strong internal support are consistently maintained

So far, my experience has been very positive, and I haven’t encountered any major cons. Of course, like any organization, there are always areas for improvement, but nothing that has negatively impacted my overall experience.

My ideas are always heard and valued, and there’s a lot of creative freedom in the motion design work I do. The projects are meaningful, and it feels great to contribute to something that directly helps people on their immigration journey. Collaboration with teams like counseling and documentation is smooth, which makes the storytelling process even stronger. The leadership is approachable, salaries are always paid on time, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Overall, it's a stable, positive, and inspiring place to be as a creative professional.
