      Oportunities; Culture; Management and Executive team are top notch. Salary and benefits packages are very aggressive and hard work is always acknnowledged and rewarded.

      Only one and it's not really a downside - just wish there was another office on the East Coast. Love UT, but family is back East and wish I could see my mother more - but I wouldn't trade this experience for the world.

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
