      It's a fun and open environment. It's good to have interactions with senior management on a daily/weekly basis. There is an environment of innovation and constant change.

      While the open environment encourages communication, it decreases efficiency and sometimes can cause miscommunication. Sometimes it can be noisy and difficult to concentrate.

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
