      Great people, everybody is down to earth, great benefits, excellent opportunities for advancement, great atmosphere, good pay.

      Processes change a lot and sometimes we will get a call about the issue before we are notified of the updated information from the company. Have to work weekends (not a big deal at all but would prefer for us to be closed every weekend :) )

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
