      Circa 2015-2021 were challenging yet, manageable years

      Short-sided plans. If it's not for the next holiday or quarter, you cant even think about it. Work like crazy, just to have a meeting the day before and change everything . No vision or forward expansion. In fact, removing viable categories is the best ah ha. We know how that played in the market and lost revenue.

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
