      When things were good they were an excellent place to work. I had never before felt more appreciated in my time. My supervisors often stood up for the ones they managed and we grew as a team.

      In the last 2 years there has been a revolving door of middle to upper management that has caused them to sacrifice much of their core beliefs and has lost much of their credibility. In the desire to buy a few more months they have also shown a remarkable shortsightedness in cutting away flesh as well as fat. The PR department and Photo studio stands out as glaring examples of this.

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
