Management continuously strives for improvement - through smart, not cumbersome, process and by keeping up with and implementing latest technologies. Good benefits including 401k with matching. Since I feel I have to contribute something for a con - It doesn't turn out to be horrible, but a couple of times a month there are bathroom issues - toilets not flushing. But that is an issue with the leased facility and management does a good job of communicating status and it gets addressed relatively quickly.
