Company is growing fast in last few years People at top level are easily approachable and receptive Special allowance for working late nights Comp off facility is available Decent office environment

Team level issues are there based on TL, which is common If you are pro-active and put more effort, you will get good recognition Otherwise, no big negatives, it is okay

-The pay is good for low level analyst

-Management doesn’t listen to employees -Both clients and staff are unprofessional -There is no work life balance. Everyone works 10+ hours -There is no real training process -A lot of micromanaging -Nothing is documented which makes the job and doing QA 10x harder and - No retirement benefits - It takes hours for associates to answer a simple question
