No career progression. Supervisor who only believes in his way but ironically are incompetent, incapable to guide or mentor you caused some of the new staff lost and frustrated in their work, and not surprising most left within a year. No exit interview, perhaps the HR thought that there is nothing need to improve on their organization or management, or maybe they do not want to hear the truth.
