      They are a very flexibly employer; they have a very aggressive and generous commission plan for salesepeople which makes it a very lucrative opportunity; they owners are great people and very easy to work for and with; they allow you to work from a home office which I found to be a great lifestyle

      Recruiting support could be a lot better; They tend to use a lot of subcontractors to fill requirements which I found to be not ideal as far as the quality of the delivery. The attitude of their HR person could be a lot better and this one person can be very difficult to work with at times.

      Looking for professionals that really want to help, this is the place. I worked as a contractor with a very positive experience ... they want the Client and the Contractor to fit well. This outlook in turn should serve them well in building their own brand.
