I've been at Bid4Assets over 10 years and enjoy the people, corporate culture, and the auction business. Great place to work.

Compensation could be a little higher.

Great location: middle of downtown Silver Spring. IT Department rocks especially Bill, the VP of IT. He's a great leader. The leadership otherwise "lacks" with other managers/VP's.

The leadership is lacking in most cases. Money was thrown down the Marketing drain and people there haven't received pay raises in years even though many of them deserve it.
