Morale is low at HQ... corporate lacks energy/momentum to right the ship. Uninspiring execs have no turnaround or growth plan. Spend most of their time arguing about the print ad colors.. Upper is management all old white men, they reject technology and changing consumer ways. As a result the employee and customer experience is lacking for women, minorities, young parents, millennials, online shoppers etc. Costly mistakes are made in order to stick to the old ways such as print . Rigid time clock schedule. Outdated corporate culture. New ideas unwelcome. Depressing "business casual" dress code . Office is dark, dusty, filthy carpets, scuffed walls, cubicles crammed together, everything's done on paper so thousands of file cabinets. Endless styrafoam cups and plastic stirrers, no recycling or regard for the environment. No merit recognition program. Move up by joining the boys club or kissing the old men's butts
