It's low stress for a retail environment given that the company tracks very few metrics and there is little accountability in regard to meeting projections.

Big 5 lacks Innovation and lacks inspiring leaders at the executive level. The company still relys on mailing sale ads to customers. The company doesn't invest in its employees. The training for management was marginal and the training for associates was almost non existent. This is an uninspiring place to work and there is little incentive for managers to exceed expectations.
