Vantaggi

Very few nowadays. The product is easy to learn, sell, and it is a very recognizable brand. This is good for an internship or to begin a sales role. Easy shift-based job if you are inside sales. Outside sales does not have a great work/life balance but it's not too bad.

Svantaggi

Very toxic environment. Prepare for blatant racism, sexism, and bullying tactics. BIG "boys' club" culture. Beware if you are a woman in this company. Diversity does not exist in this company at the corporate and sales levels. Do not believe their diversity statistics. Most POCs are factory workers. Poor pay. No commission bonuses for sales (who does that?!). Very minimal raises - if any at all. End-of-year bonuses are mostly based on subjective measures rather than a quantifiable number. You will never feel secure in your employment. Ever! All the talent and experience that built the brand has left. You will have nobody left to teach you. You will also leave. The grass is definitely greener on the other side. There are better sales opportunities with better cultures and better pay.

Vantaggi

The brand is amazing and you can see remnants of fun that used to make this place unique like the beer fridge and minimal hierarchy. They have decent time off when shutdowns are included.

Svantaggi

The current CEO waffles between crying in town halls to screaming at teams in morning stand up meetings then sending emails about how various people and teams are the best she has ever worked with. You never know which mood you will get. Sales goals are not achievable and layoffs are frequent. Long-time employees avoid promotion because they want to survive so they have to keep bringing in outside management and then they either fire them or they leave often in under a year.
