O/O broker/manager is new, can struggle to organize and schedule loads Brokers Use/reliance on loadboard to find a lot of freight. Communication could improve, slow to respond to border crossings, questions, etc Toxic work environment and staff turnover in office creates struggles for the drivers.

Nice looking trucks, too bad they break down all the time.

Shop treats employees poorly, operations planners have favorites, company is on downward trend once again. Very poor benefits. Building is not maintained. Payroll not accurate often. Trailers were very old and not maintained well.
