Big Voodoo Interactive has given me the opportunity to prove myself and to allow me to learn and grow in the SEO world. It is very rare to find a person, let alone a company, that knows how little experience you have and is willing to give you a chance. Every single level, from upper management to my fellow co-workers, has supported me from day 1. Due to all the support, I've been able to grow in many different ways and achieve goals in life that years ago I could only dream about. This review is from the heart, but don't think form one second this journey has been an easy one. There have been many days where I had many doubts. Its thanks to everyone from the top down being so easy to talk with and have open-door policies that I am still growing and succeeding today.

Tough to really say, I can't really pinpoint any one con. If anything we have growing pains at time but the company trusts me enough to create systems to overcome the pains. Most other companies will force you to deal with the pain and chalk it up to being part of your job.
