Vantaggi

Good sized, stable company that is making a profit. A true "sales organization" where sales is king, and where they don't cap earnings of sales people by arbitrary means.

Svantaggi

Because sales is king, many times nothing else matters. Everyone in the company is imminently replaceable and they don't have much loyalty to any individuals. Probably driven by the fact that they are Venture Capital owned, and are looking to acquire companies, get big, and then sell themselves so all the investors and stakeholders can ride off into the sunset with wheelbarrows of cash.

As you have highlighted sales is a big part of our business however we also put a lot of focus in developing and delivering products that will make a real difference to our clients.
