You get to work for farmers, ranchers, contractors, business owners and municipalities in your community by providing a sales service. It’s a great business to be in to to create networking relationships, there’s a lot of great people in this company and you get to work with a lot of great people outside of it too

This company started as a very small business and has grown into a big one, when you grow you have growing pains. Lately it seems as though we are trying to follow competitors instead of sticking to our platform that made BigIron a leader

I felt i was paid very fairly

It was a pretty chaotic work environment. Constantly making changes, never really know who is making decisions. Benefits weren’t very good, I’d say below industry standard.
