Being a small team you have to limit your projects and be realistic with future goals and timeframes. This is not so much a con as this itself parents the opportunity to learn some valuable skills such as patience, priotisation and time management.

Bikmo genuinely cares about the team. They believe in focusing on what is important and making the best of their time. With a flat hierarchy you have a direct contact to everyone within the company and everyone is happy to help. By using open communications people are able to connect whether they are in the UK, Austria, France, home or office etc. I enjoy working at Bikmo because; 1. I can actually make a difference. 2. Although this sits within the Cons section, the fact that as a team there are so many great ideas around is amazing and shows just how involved and passionate the team are in making a difference.
