Company is small and diverse, great for communicating with peers when necessary.

Office was very diverse, lots of Spanish speaking employees.

Shift flexibility, able to pick schedule that works with family schedule. Sometimes company pays for lunch.

The pay is horrible. No room for advancement. Management oversees employees hard work. Bad management
